Terms & Conditions — oktk1 Platform Rules and User Obligations

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oktk1 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is entered into between you as an individual user and oktk1 as the platform operator.

Your acceptance of these terms is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox; logging into an existing account; placing a bet or initiating a casino game session; making a deposit or withdrawal request; or continuing to browse the platform following publication of an updated version of these terms.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these terms, and that the individual in question meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. oktk1 accepts no liability for accounts created or operated on behalf of third parties without proper authorisation.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the oktk1 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this overall agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between those documents and these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

To access the full range of services offered by oktk1, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the oktk1 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended, all bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated while the duplicate account was active may be forfeited at oktk1's sole discretion.

Account Security and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account. oktk1 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, oktk1 operates a KYC verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time at our discretion, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. oktk1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable policies communicated to affected account holders by email before any deduction is made. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed without prior notice.

oktk1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, BPL and IPL season specials, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus offer.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are generally available to one registered account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of different accounts, different payment methods, or different devices constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, as well as potential account suspension. Some promotions may be restricted to players who have not previously made a deposit (welcome bonuses) or to players who meet specific activity thresholds (loyalty or VIP promotions).

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unused bonus funds and associated free spins will be voided automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its individual terms. oktk1 does not extend bonus expiry periods as a general policy, though exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, the entire bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus-derived funds) will be made available for withdrawal in such circumstances. This policy applies to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

oktk1's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

oktk1 reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any offer already accepted and in progress by a qualifying player. Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account betting, exploitation of pricing errors, or pattern betting designed to systematically eliminate risk across bonus funds — will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and may result in account closure.

All sports betting and casino game activity on the oktk1 platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence over the general rules in this section.

Sports Betting

All bets placed on the oktk1 sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, oktk1 will apply its standard void and settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at oktk1's discretion without prior notice.

Bet Settlement and Errors

Bets are settled based on official results confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a palpable error in published odds — including but not limited to odds posted in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human input mistake — oktk1 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. oktk1 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a bet placed at an erroneously published price.

Casino Games

All casino games on the oktk1 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, a genuine real-time physical dealing process. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is published in the game's information panel.

Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and game sessions on the oktk1 platform. Specific limits vary by sport, market, and game type and are published in the relevant game or betting rules. oktk1 reserves the right to void any portion of a win that exceeds the published maximum win limit for a given bet or game session, regardless of whether the limit was prominently displayed at the time the bet was placed.

To protect the integrity of the oktk1 platform and the fairness of the betting and gaming environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to defraud oktk1 or other platform users, including through the submission of falsified identity documents, manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software bugs or glitches, or deliberate chargebacks following a deposit, constitutes fraudulent activity and is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.

Collusion and Match Fixing

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player game formats, or placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed sporting outcomes, is prohibited. oktk1 cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies investigating suspected match fixing or collusion.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or other forms of bonus abuse are prohibited. oktk1 uses automated systems to detect and flag unusual betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, and all accounts identified as engaging in such behaviour will be reviewed and may be permanently closed.

Use of Automated Software

The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting systems, or any other software designed to interact with the oktk1 platform in a manner not intended for human users is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Money Laundering

The oktk1 platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. All large or unusual transactions are subject to enhanced due diligence review. oktk1 is obligated to report any transaction or account activity that raises a reasonable suspicion of money laundering to the appropriate authorities, without prior notification to the account holder.

oktk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgement, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering purposes.
• The account has been involved in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of the platform.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order that was not disclosed at registration.
• oktk1 is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for a breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where the breach involves fraud, financial crime, or bonus abuse, the entire balance may be forfeited. Where the termination is not related to misconduct — for example, where a player voluntarily closes their account — the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your oktk1 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If you are requesting closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for the specific process and protections that apply.

All content on the oktk1 platform — including but not limited to the oktk1 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, images, video content, software, source code, betting odds compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of oktk1 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oktk1 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, scrape, or otherwise exploit any material from the oktk1 platform without the prior written consent of oktk1.

Any unauthorised use of the oktk1 brand, trademarks, or platform content may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly. The oktk1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates continuously, accurately, and securely, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service disruptions, or connectivity issues affecting Bangladesh's mobile network infrastructure may occasionally impact platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oktk1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, missed betting opportunities due to platform downtime, or financial losses arising from bet settlement delays. Your sole remedy in the event of platform error or service failure is the return of any stake directly affected by the confirmed error.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

oktk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to registered account holders via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be published without advance notice.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Following notification of a material change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any real-money balance prior to the effective date of the amended terms if you do not accept the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions in full.
